Strange, but Stylish

Well, this was definitely interesting.

I thought you did a great job composing the build-up. Yes, it was a bit long, but it helped usher in the myriad of strange riffs to come. Without the intro, this song would've felt even more erratic and outlandish. I was further impressed by the wide range of percussion throughout the piece. This, accompanied by the echoing synth, created the cool, jungle/ocean feel you were going for.

This was a great composition, man. Once you can see past the strangeness of it, you will come to admire its excellent workmanship.

Well i'm impressed on the attentiveness of your review. You managed to grasp the concept. As i said in the response before this, I wanted to create something that hasn't really been done yet if not before. Thus the drumline-ish feel to the song. I never have or will make to claim to awesomeness though, so if ever you can think of how this song can be better, please please let me know! I am a big noob when it comes to this and always looking to improve.

Addicting

The more you listen to it, the better it gets. You have an interesting blend of techno and funk going on here, and you managed to make the most of the odd mix. The powerful bass drum and offbeat hi-hat set the groove. You nailed the rest with a funky, wah-wah style synth riff and the electric xylophone (? haha) melody.

Great job on this one man, especially considering it was your first. I hope you can funk things up again sometime.
